UC Brumbies welcome Vital Strength on board

The University of Canberra Brumbies are excited to announce a new partnership with Vitalstrength Sports Nutrition who will come on as the club’s exclusive Supplement Partner.

Vitalstrength is one of Australia’s most trusted sports nutrition brands and is now charged with maintaining what already looms as a fit and eager squad of 35 professional athletes in the ACT.

Vitalstrength will be providing Brumbies players with supplements used for training preparation, recovery and maintaining optimal physical condition over the course of the Super Rugby season.

UC Brumbies Captain Ben Mowen was pleased to announce the club’s new partnership on Tuesday and will be working closely with the Vitalstrength team.

“Preparation and recovery are important elements of all sporting organisations and it’s exciting to have such a professional brand on board like Vitalstrength,” Mowen said.

“Last year we were regarded as a fit team, but obviously our conditioning could always be better and certainly needs to be maintained. That’s where we will look to Vitalstrength to give us an edge over our competitors at training and on game day.”

Kain Baker, Marketing Manager for Vitalstrength said, “We are proud to announce this new partnership and further expand our near 20 years of expertise in providing trusted nutritional supplements to elite Australian athletes.”

“Given our recent years of association with individual players, we are thrilled to now broaden our association with the full team. We believe the Brumbies will be a powerful force in 2014, backed by the strong talents of players like Ben Mowen, Joe Tomane and Matt Toomua.”

Vitalstrength products, including protein powders, amino acids plus performance and recovery capsules are available through Supermarkets, Health Food stores, Pharmacies, Gyms, and Sports and Fitness stores nationally.
