A quiet achiever who has established himself at the Super Rugby level, Blake Enever is a key cog in the Brumbies machine.

Enever made the move to the Brumbies in late 2014 following a season with Queensland Country in the National Rugby Championship. The towering lock had previously made two appearances in Super Rugby with the Queensland Reds, the first coming in a 2012 clash against the Rebels.

The 26-year old made an immediate impression with the Brumbies, Enever has a high work rate and great speed around the park which allows him to make consistent metres with his carrying.

The Sunshine Coast born talent has developed not only as a player but also as a leader during his time in the capital, Enever became a part of the Canberra Vikings leadership group in 2016 and hasn’t looked back.

2017 was Enever’s best season in a Brumbies jersey, the 200cm lock appearing in 13 games and playing a key role in the Brumbies run to the Australian Conference title.

Enever was rewarded with a spot on the Wallabies Spring Tour of Europe, The lock making his Test debut against England at Twickenham.

Now firmly established in the Brumbies Matchday 23, Enever will be hoping to take his game to the next level in 2018.
