How do I join for 2019?

How do I renew for 2019?

You can renew by filling in your renewal form and sending back to Brumbies HQ, heading to www.brumbies.com.au/membership or by calling us on 1300 228 278.

What payment options are available?

You can either pay for your membership in full, or on the BrumbiesDirect Part Payment Plan which consists of ten monthly instalments.

When is the same seat cut-off deadline to retain my seat?

The same seat cut-off will take place COB, Friday 26 October.

When will I receive my membership pack?

The first membership pack dispatch will take place at the beginning of October. All members who renew from October onwards will receive their pack after 10 working days.

Can I collect my membership merchandise?

In 2019, the Brumbies are giving members the opportunity to collect their Member Choice item from Brumbies HQ from mid-November. Your core membership pack/s will still be mailed to you and your Member Choice item/s plus any additional items will be available for collection.

Can I have all my membership items posted to me?

Yes you can. For interstate and International membership packages this will be done automatically. For all other membership packages, Member Choice items can be mailed with your core pack for $7 per membership. This cost will be capped at $25 per invoice for where there are multiple memberships on the same invoice.

Why didn’t my membership automatically rollover from 2019?

The Brumbies changed membership systems during the 2018/2019 off season. As a result of this change we are not legally allowed to transfer any credit card details over for the coming year.  Your membership package will still be available for you to renew, and if you have a reserved seat this will be placed on hold for you up until the same seat cut-off on 26 October.

How do I renew for 2019?

You can renew your membership for 2019 via one of the following ways:

– Complete your renewal form that you should receive in the mail in late August and send back to Brumbies HQ

How do I secure my same seats for 2019?

You can lock in your same seat as long as you renew your membership before the same seat cut-off, which is COB Friday 26 October.

What if I’m looking to change seats for 2019?

You will be able to change seats and/or your membership plan online when renewing your membership as prompted, or you can call us on 1300 228 278 and we can assist over the phone.

How will I know if I have successfully renewed my membership?

You will receive a confirmation email as receipt of your membership purchase.

What is my account Id number?

As part of the switch to our new database, members will be issued with a new password to log into their membership account online. Once you log in, you will then be prompted to update your account with a new password. All renewing members will still retain their existing MyRugby ID.

What if my memberships have been spread across multiple accounts when they were together last season?

This in an unavoidable result of changing databases but is a problem easily solved. Primary account holders should still have access to be able to pay all invoices through logging into their account. Any member who has four or more memberships and would like to combine the postage (and invoices) are advised to contact the Membership Team on 1300 228 278.

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Of course you can! We will put the membership under your name, and then have the details altered when the gift has been received by the recipient.

How do I choose my seats when signing up?

You will be able to choose your seating as you purchase the membership, as prompted.

Can I sit with friends who are also applying for membership?

Definitely. If you know where they are sitting, then you will be able to select available seats nearby as you process online. If any issues arise, we can help you over the phone by calling 1300 228 278.

What payment options are available?

You can either pay for your membership in full or on the BrumbiesDirect Part Payment Plan; on a monthly plan.

Does it cost more to pay in monthly instalments?

No it does not. The BrumbiesDirect Payment Plan splits your total cost up evenly, over a 10 month period with no extra fees to be paid.

What happens if I miss one of the monthly instalments?

If you miss an instalment, we will try to process again on the next working day. If the payment fails again, we will contact you to inform you of the issue. If a membership remains with payment/s outstanding your membership card/ barcode will be declined from any entry to a Brumbies match until payment has been received.

How do I sign up to be a part of the auto renewals?

By simply using a credit/ debit card you are automatically placed as a part of the auto-renewals for 2020.

Can my younger children attend for free?

All children under the age of five years old (as of 1 January 2019) may attend the Brumbies matches for free, and must sit on an adult’s lap so that they so not take up an extra reserved seat.

Who is eligible for a junior membership?

All children between the age of 5-15 years old (as of 1 January 2019) are classified as a junior.

Which Concession Cards do you accept?

A Concession may be a Full time student, or aged pension card holders.

What is a family membership?

In 2019 we have two family membership options. The first option is for two adults and two children (4), and the second is for two adults and one child (3).

Do you accept companion cards?

Yes we do. All companion card holders are entitled to a complimentary membership for their companion, to attend Brumbies matches.

How do I use my Flexi-4 Membership?

You do not need to reserve a ticket beforehand with a Flexi-4 membership. You merely need to use your membership card to obtain access to the ground.

How do I use my Country Gold Membership?

All Country Gold members need to reserve their seats online, using their membership barcode to redeem their seats for any given match via Ticketek. You may do this at any time during the season.

Can I still access the venue if I leave my membership card/ticket at home?

Yes you can, come and see one of the Brumbies Membership team located at the Eastern and Western Gates on game day.

How do I replace my membership card if it’s lost or stolen?

There is a $10 replacement fee for any lost cards during the season. Please call the membership team on 1300 228 278 and we will be able to assist over the phone.

How do I purchase additional tickets for a Brumbies home game at GIO Stadium?

All tickets are purchased through Ticketek. Members receive a further 15% off any extra tickets purchased during the season. To purchase tickets at the discounted price, simply use your membership card barcode through ticketmaster either online, or at the gate on game day.

I cannot see all my memberships from 2018?

Due to our switch to a new membership database, some memberships from 2018 my have been split across multiple invoice. Please see “how do I pay multiple invoice question”

If you still cannot see all your memberships after following those instructions, please contact the Membership Team.

How do I pay multiple invoices under different names?

Upon logging in, open the invoice tap located at the top of the screen.

You will then see your name in the top righthand corner of the screen. Clicking this once should open a drop-down menu which will give you the option to switch accounts as shown below.
