Membership Changes for 2019

AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

Due to the change in database, we are not legally allowed to transfer any credit card information across to the new system.

As a result, any member who had previously subscribed to the Automatic Renewal system will be required to re-provide their credit card information and renew online, via mail or phone.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

COLLECTION OF MEMBERSHIP PACKS

In 2019 members will now have the option to collect their members choice item and any additional Items from Brumbies HQ from mid-November.

Member Core packs will still be mailed to our members from October. This has seen the price of postage removed from most membership packs (excluding Interstate and International packages). Postage inclusive of all items is $7 per membership and will be capped at $25 per invoice (four membership or more).

NEW ACCOUNT LOG IN

As part of the switch to our new database, members will be issued with a new password to log into their membership account online.

Due to the process of creating and merging these accounts into a new system, some members may have their total memberships spread across several accounts and invoices.

This is unfortunately an unavoidable part of the process. Primary account holders should still have access to be able to pay all invoices through logging into their account.

Any member who has four or more memberships and would like to combine the postage (and invoices) are advised to contact the Membership Team on 1300 228 278 once memberships go on sale on the 15 August.

DON’T PAY MORE TO PAY MONTHLY

One of the many benefits of our new system is that members are no longer penalised for paying for their memberships by the month.

We understand that memberships are a huge financial commitment for families and should not be penalised for choosing to space out their membership payments.

Members can now elect to pay their membership in 10 easy monthly instalments for no additional cost. These monthly instalments are available on all memberships and packages.
