How can I sign up to become a Plus500 Brumbies member?

Go to www.brumbies.com.au/membership and log in to your Brumbies Account to renew your membership online.

If you wish to renew via mail, return your completed Renewal Form with payment attached to:

Brumbies Membership Department – Reply Paid 83285, University of Canberra, ACT, 2617

How can I register for a new Brumbies membership?

You can register for a new Brumbies membership through any of the above mentioned forums. If you are a new member then you will need to create a profile within the Brumbies database. You will need to provide; name, DOB, contact phone number/s, contact email & postal address.

What is the membership Same-Seat renewal date?

The renewal deadline for reserved seat holders is 5pm Friday, 27 October 2017. If you do not renew prior to this date, you may risk losing your reserved seat for 2018.

Am I able to exchange my members choice item?

All Plus500 Brumbies membership are fulfilled externally and as such excess stock is not stored at Brumbies HQ and exchanges are not always possible. Exchanges of this merchandise is subject to availability. Please ensure you select the members choice item for EACH membership you are renewing or purchasing.

Can I purchase the polo shirt and long sleeved polo from Brumbies HQ?

These merchandise items are only available at the discounted price when pre-ordered with an accompanying membership before 5pm Friday, 27 October 2017. These items will be available during the season from the Brumbies shop, with only the standard 10% members discount to apply.

Any of these items purchased with membership will be delivered to members in January of 2018

How can I change my membership package for 2018?

To change your membership package including to update your personal details for 2018 you can contact Brumbies Membership team on 1300 228 278 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, alternatively you can email us at membership@brumbies.com.au.

Am I eligible for a concession or junior price?

To qualify for a junior membership, children must be ages 5 to 15 years as at 1/1/2017. Under 5 years of age are admitted free and must be seated on an accompanying adults lap. When applying for a junior/family membership proof of age may be required.  A member is eligible for a concession rate if they have one of the following:

Full time tertiary student card, Pensioner Card (including veteran’s affairs) and Senior Card. A healthcare card is not a valid concession card.

What qualifies a family membership?

A family membership applies to: 2 adults and 2 juniors OR 1 adult & 3 juniors (children are aged 5-15 years as at 1/1/2017; under 5 years are free when sitting on an accompanying adult’s lap).

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Yes, you can do this online. Enter the name of the person who the membership is being purchased for, to register the membership under their name.  Then enter your details for the rest of the purchase transaction. If the gift is a surprise, please ensure you use your contact details and email address as confirmation of purchase will be sent to the email provided.

When will I receive my membership pack?

Membership packs are sent externally and not from Brumbies HQ. These membership packs will begin to arrive with members in early November. Members will receive a tracking email once their membership packs have left the fulfilment facility. This tracker will give members the ability to see exactly when their pack should arrive. Please note that in some instances members will be asked to check with their local post office and allow 14 days after the estimated final delivery date before a new pack can be ordered.

When will my monthly BrumbiesDirect payments be deducted?

Monthly payments will occur on the 14th of every month beginning with the 14th of August and concluding on the 14th of May. Any member who subscribes after payment plans have begun will be required to make up for payments they have missed up to the point of renewing/signing up.

For example, a member who signs up to BrumbiesDirect easy instalments in October, will be require to make the August, September and October payments as their first instalment before continuing on the payment plan as though they signed up in August.

Any member who falls more than three payment behind without contacting Brumbies Membership will have their bar code blocked and be unable to access any entitlements.
