What is the same seat membership renewal cut-off date?

The renewal deadline for reserved seat holders is 5pm Friday 30th September 2016.

If you do not renew prior to this date, you may risk losing your reserved seat for 2017.
If you foresee any issue which may prevent you from renewing before the deadline, we will try to assist you where we can. If this is the case, please contact our Membership Team on 1300 228 278 or via email on membership@brumbies.com.au.

Any same-seat renewals received after the cut-off date, without prior contact, cannot be guaranteed and the next best available seating will be offered.

How can I renew my membership?

There are three ways you can renew your Brumbies membership. You can either:
•    Online – go to www.brumbies.com.au/membership and log in to your Brumbies account,
•    In person – bring your completed membership renewal form with payment to:

If you have lost or have never received your renewal form, please bring a form of photo ID.
•    Via mail – return your completed renewal form with payment attached to:

Acceptable forms of payment include credit card; VISA, Mastercard or American Express (1.95% credit card surcharge applies), cheque or cash.

How can I register for a new Brumbies membership?

You can register for a new Brumbies membership through any of the above mentioned forums. If you are a new member then you will need to create a profile within the Brumbies database. You will need to provide; name, DOB, contact phone number/s, contact email & postal address.

How do I update my personal details?

To update your personal details please log onto your membership profile, using your My Rugby ID and Password. If you are unsure of your password, you will need to provide your email address to reset this. Alternatively, you can email your updated details to membership@brumbies.com.au  or call the Membership Hotline on 1300 228 278.

What is a MyRugby or Member ID?

All members who wish to change their seat must do so in writing by emailing membership@brumbies.com.au or by returning the 2016 Membership renewal form. No seat changes will be accepted by phone.

Seat changes are prioritised by date of receipt. Seat changes will not occur until after the same seat renewal deadline has passed.

All seat changes are subject to availability.

All members submitting a request will be contacted and advised before any changes are finalised.

How can I change my membership package?

To change your membership package for 2017 you can contact Brumbies Membership team on 1300 228 278, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can email us at membership@brumbies.com.au.

How can I change my seats?

All members who wish to change their seat must do so in writing by emailing membership@brumbies.com.au or by returning the 2017 Membership renewal form no later than 5pm Friday 30 September 2016. No seat changes will be accepted by phone.

Seat changes are prioritised by date of receipt. Seat changes will not occur until after the same seat renewal deadline has passed and all seat changes are subject to availability. We are unable to provide information on specific availability until after the same seat renewal cut-off date.

If your seating request cannot be fulfilled then we will contact you to discuss your options.

How do I ensure I sit with my friends and/or family who have a separate membership?

Extra seats for friends and/or family next to your existing membership seats are subject to availability. If you want to sit directly next to those who are joining as new members for the 2017 season, and space is not available we may need to move your current seat location.

If we need to change you/your friends or families’ location to accommodate your request you will be submitted as a seat change request, and actioned in order of receipt of payment. Please see the details regarding a seating change, listed above.

Please note that the friends and/or family must be the same membership type as your existing membership.

When will I receive my membership pack?

Your membership pack will be delivered to the registered postal address of each member. Please ensure the postal address and email of each member is correct at time of renewal.

All members with a valid email address will receive a tracking number via email once your pack has been dispatched.

Each membership pack will include your membership card as well as all other listed member benefits. Season guides will be available for collection at a specified date closer to the start of the season.

We endeavour to have Membership packs ready to dispatch in November 2016.

Are memberships transferrable?

If a member is unable to attend a game they can lend their membership card to someone else. We advise that you only lend your Membership Card to a trusted friend or family member.

You must ensure that the person using your card for access to the venue is eligible to do so, eg. An adult may not use a concession membership or Junior membership card to gain entrance.

Those trying to enter GIO Stadium using a card that they are not eligible for, will be asked to upgrade their ticket, or they will be refused entry from the ground.

As a 4 Game Regional member what games can I attend?

Members who purchase a 4 Game Regional membership may attend any 4 home games at GIO Stadium. Members will receive a Gold reserved seat.

As a 4 Game Flexi member what games can I attend?

Members who purchase a 4- Game Flexi Membership, may attend any four home games at GIO Stadium. Games must be 4 individual games; therefore, you will be unable to use multiple entries to the same game.

4 Game Flexi memberships are located in the Bronze unreserved seating in the South or North Bowl. This membership does not include a reserved seat.

If I lost my card can I get it replaced?

Lost or stolen cards will incur a $10 replacement fee at the cost of the member.

Members must contact the membership department directly on 1300 228 278 or on membership@brumbies.com.au.

How will I recieve a receipt of payment?

Members will be emailed their receipt at the time of purchase when the transaction has been finalised. If you do not receive your receipt, please contact the membership team to have a replacement emailed out. Please ensure that all contact details are current at the time of renewal.

Am I able to pay for my membership in instalments?

Our Brumbies Payment Plans have been designed to make the membership renewal process even easier and more affordable than ever before with Debitsuccess.

Debitsuccess offers the option to spread payments over instalments or to make a once off payment, both options operating on an automatic ‘roll over’ at the end of the season.  Being a member on Debitsuccess, membership seats will automatically be renewed each season until a member chooses to opt out.

All members who opt into the Brumbies Payment Plan are encouraged to read the full Terms and conditions for further information. Members who opt into the payment plan will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of their agreement with Debitsuccess Pty Ltd.

Brumbies One-Off Payment Plan

•    A one-off annual payment to secure your Aquis Brumbies Membership.
•    Each year on a pre nominated date, the full amount of the membership will be debited from the chosen credit card or bank account.

Brumbies Part Payment Plan

•    The Brumbies part payment plan makes being a member simple and more affordable, with the annual membership fee divided into equal instalments.
•    Payments will occur on the 15th of each month.
•    Members can opt into the payment plan any time after the 15th August 2016 and instalments will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The total amount owing will be divided into equal payments between your commencement instalment date and the final instalment date (15th April 2016) including any surcharges.
•    Payments can be charged from a nominated VISA, Mastercard, AMEX or bank account.
•    Payment Plans are not available in Supporter membership categories.
•    Payment plans will not be available after 15 April 2017
•    If the 15th of the month falls on a weekend, payment will be processed on the Monday following.
•    Additional transaction fees of 3.09% apply per instalment, along with an initial set-up fee of $5.00 for all new members.

How do I register for the Brumbies Payment Plan?

All Brumbies members have the option of selecting the Payment Plan on their renewal form or online at the time before 15 April 2017.

What happens if I miss an instalment?

It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that sufficient funds are available in the nominated account at the time that payment is taken and on the monthly due date in order for payments to be processed.

There is an automatic $10.00 dishonour fee for any missed payments, and this fee is charged by Debitsuccess, not the Brumbies, so please ensure you always have enough money available in your nominated account.

Any members who miss an instalment risk having their membership voided and barcodes cancelled.

Am I eligible for a concession price?

A member is eligible for a concession rate if they have one of the following:
•    Full time tertiary student card
•    Pensioner card (including veterans affairs)
•    A seniors card and health care card is not a valid concession card.

Please be prepared to present this identification card with your membership card when entering GIO Stadium on match days as random checks will occur on entry.

Companion cards are accepted but proof of the card must be provided before the membership can be processed and must be carried with the member to all matches attended.

What age qualifies as a junior membership?

To qualify for a junior membership, children must be ages 5 to 15 years as at 1/1/2017.

Under 5 years of age are admitted free and must be seated on an accompanying adults lap.
Proof of age may be required to be provided on game day or at any stage throughout the membership season

What qualifies as a family membership?

A family membership applies to:
•    2 adults and 2 juniors,  OR
•    1 adult & 3 juniors

Children are 5-15 years as at 1/1/2017; under 5 years are free when sitting on an accompanying adults lap.

Proof of age may be required to be provided on game day or at any stage throughout the membership season

Where is the alcohol free and family setting?

The alcohol free and family friendly seating is located in Bronze Bay 6. This is Bronze reserved seating.

Is parking included in my membership?

Pre-paid parking is only available to full season members and must be purchased through the membership department, at the time of membership registration/renewal. Limited pre-paid parking is available. Pre-paid parking cannot be purchased after the membership transaction or initial instalment has been taken.

Please note that this is not reserved parking. The member will be issued with a parking pass for each Plus500 Brumbies home game for the 2017 season. Pre-paid parking passes are only valid in the public car park. Parking passes must be treated like cash; no replacements will be issued if passes are lost. Members are encouraged to arrive at least an hour prior to kick off.

VIP Reserved parking is only included in the Foundation Membership.

We encourage our members to use the action bus services available on game day.

If you require disabled parking, please contact our membership team directly.

Does my membership package include entry to any Super Rugby finals?

Your membership does not include any entry entitlements outside of the regular 2017 home fixtures.

Should the Plus500 Brumbies qualify for a home final, members will be given the opportunity to purchases tickets during the member’s pre-sale period.

Further information will be distributed via email should this occur.

How do I purchase disability seat and Companion Card memberships?

Please contact the Membership team on 1300 228 278 to arrange for specialty seating requests.

Any companion card holder with a Brumbies membership will receive one complimentary membership for their carer.

Proof of Companion Cards must be submitted with membership application and be carried with member at all matches attended.

How do I purchase tickets for Brumbies away games?

Tickets for Plus500 Brumbies away games can be purchased through relevant stadiums ticketing agency.

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Yes, you can do this online. Enter the name of the person who the membership is being purchased for, to register the membership under their name. Then enter your details for the rest of the purchase transaction.

If the gift is a surprise, please ensure you use your contact details and email address as confirmation of purchase will be sent to the email provided.

The Plus500 Brumbies are unable to provide gift vouchers.

How will Brumbies communicate with me throughout the year?
