NEW OFF SEASON FITNESS PROGRAMS

Below is the new fitness program devised to help with training over the off-season.  Devised by Brumbies Rugby Performance Coach, Rod Lindsell (www.proconditioning.com.au) and Referee Development Officer Mark Snow, it aims to increase your fitness, flexibility and strength just in time for the 2008 refereeing season.
