ACTRRA REFEREE TRAINING

In 2009, ACTRRA referee training was held at Canberra Grammar School on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-7pm. This was done outdoors and also in the gymnasium.  Anyone is able to attend, whether you are refereeing elite rugby or at a junior level.  Sessions are run by Brett Bowden, ACT's Super 14 and international level referee.  It is anticipated that this will continue in the same manner for 2010.

OFF SEASON FITNESS PROGRAMS

Below is the fitness program devised to help with training over the off-season. Created by Brumbies Rugby Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Rod Lindsell (www.proconditioning.com.au) and Referee Development Officer Mark Snow, it aims to increase your fitness, flexibility and strength. get a head start for the 2010 rugby season!
