ARU Policy RegisterThe Australian Rugby Union have developed the following ARU policies to provide players, administrators and any other entities involved in Rugby an additional reference for issues, that are outside the scope of the Laws of the Game and in addition to the IRB Regulations. Age Grade Rugby Junior Age Limits A junior age rugby player must be younger than the age group in which he/she is playing as of the 1st January of the playing year. Game Regulations Member Protection Occupational Health and Safety Player ClearancesIntra-Union Transfer Form Must be completed if a player wishes to change from one ACT/Monaro club to another ACT/Monaro club in the same calender year . The player must have signed a 2006 registration form with his/her original club for this provision to apply. Domestic Transfer Form Must be completed if a player wishes to change from one Australian club/union to another Australian club/union International Clearance Form Must be completed if a player wishes to register with an Australian Union and has previously been registered with an overseas Union ARU Application for Clearance Must be completed if a player wishes to register with an overseas Union and has previously been registered with an Australian Union
