WELCOME TO SEASON 2008! It is now time to dust off the boots and get ready for another exciting season in ACT Rugby! The pre-season competition kicks off for seniors on the 5th April, with the Vodafone Club Shield being held at Phillip Oval, Nicholls Oval and Viking Park. For the juniors, the pre-season carnival gets underway, with age groups ranging from u9s to u18s. More details on this to be provided shortly. If you have not put your registration forms in for 2008, can you please go to Referee Forms 2008 on the right hand side of this page to download these forms. All forms will need to be sent to Nikki (n.mclean@brumbies.com.au) as soon as possible. New ELVs information for senoir premier rugby and Game Management Documents for non ELV community rugby has been posted in the useful resources section. We are always looking for new referees! To join the Association is free, and if you are a student, you even get paid! All kit is supplied and a free SmartRugby course is all you will need to get yourself refereeing. CALENDAR OF EVENTS FOR 2008 There is now a 2008 Calendar with referee courses and seminars, Brumbies games and International matches. This will be updated throughout the year. If you would like to have a go at keeping fit over the off-season, please click here or go to Referee Fitness on the main menu on the right of screen. These programs are designed by Rod Lindsell, Brumbies Rugby Performance Coach and Mark Snow, Referee Development Officer.
