One of the fastest rising stars in Australian rugby is University of Canberra Brumbies prop, Scott Sio.
Since making his debut for the UC Brumbies against the Sharks in 2012, Sio has not put a foot wrong and continues to develop into a world class front-rower.
Just 21 games into what could be 100-plus game career, Sio has already achieved a remarkable amount. A Super Rugby Final, cemented starting spot with the Australian Conference’s top team, a Bledisloe Cup birth and four Wallabies caps against his name.
But the most exciting thing about Sio is his thirst for front-row knowledge and capacity to put what he’s taught into action.
Together with Stephen Moore and Ben Alexander, they form one of the best provincial front rows in the Southern Hemisphere, with Sio an essential link in the trio’s ambitions.
In 2014 Sio will be looking for a more permanent spot in the Wallabies make-up on the back of improved performances for the UC Brumbies.
