Stephen Moore takes the reigns as the Brumbies Captain in 2015 having led the club from the front since arriving from Queensland in early 2009.

Moore is Australia’s most experienced hooker of all time, amassing 92 Tests and 131 Super Rugby games since bursting onto the scene for the Reds back in 2003.

Moore is one of just six players to have been awarded the Brett Robinson Players Player and will become just the second Brumbies hooker to eclipse 100 caps for the club should he be able to amass 15 games in the next two seasons.

2014 will be Moore’s third Rugby World Cup having already contested the tournament in France and New Zealand while his Super Rugby career has seen him feature in two Finals series and five play-off games, for which he boasts a 60 per cent win rate.

An accurate thrower at the line-out, Moore rarely makes mistakes. He works hard to motivate his players and has garnered a huge amount of respect not only from the Brumbies players, coaches and staff but also amongst the clubs fans, members and sponsors.

Moore’s season was cut short in 2014 with a knee injury sustained against France while on his Wallabies Captaincy debut. He will work hard throughout the pre-season to be match ready for Round 1 against the Reds in Canberra.
