Scott Fardy has arrived at the Brumbies having finished his time in Japan with the Kamaishi Seawaves.
Fardy is the fifth member of the Brumbies Extended Playing Squad to settle into the Brumbies surroundings alongside Scott Sio, Dylan Sigg, Jesse Mogg and Anthony Hegarty.
A former member of the Western Force and Waratahs Academy, Fardy has spent the last two years playing in Japan with the Seawaves and was in one of Japan’s worst effected areas when the tsunami hit in 2010.
Fardy will battle hard for a spot at flanker – one of the Brumbies most hotly contested positions.
It's not the first time Fardy has been to Canberra, the tough loose forward spent time here before leaving for Japan filling in at training when the team went through a glut of injuries.
