CA Technology Brumbies hooker Stephen Moore has joined the growing list of injured players in the nations capital which also include Rocky Elsom, StephenHoiles and Mitchell Chapman.
Moore who was substituted in the 65th minute of the CA Technology Brumbies loss to the Crusaders in Week Four is expected to be out for six weeks.
Initially it was thought that the injury was only a minor ankle sprain but scans revealed high ankle syndesmosis.
Moore will now be forced to a moon boot for a couple of weeks as he strives to get back on the park.
Moore will be working with the CA Technology Brumbies medical team in an attempt to return as early as possible.
