WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP CUT OFF DATE?
This season there are two primary renewal cut off dates:
- 14th September - 9 game package- SAME SEAT for Super Rugby and British and Irish Lions
- 26th October - 8 game package- SAME SEAT for Super Rugby
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD AND PACK?
Packs will begin to be delivered to the home address of each member in December.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR UPGRADE MY SEATS?
9 Game Memberships
- As you are aware the benefit of the 9 game pack is to pre-purchase your EXISTING seat for the British and Irish Lions match
- As we are still currently in the renewal period the only seats available are those that were not sold last season.
- Therefore the number of available seats is minimal- which also restricts changes
Your options are:
- Renew your current seats without changes
- Move to or add the next best available (No further changes to seats can be made after September 14)
- Renew an 8 game pack to secure your existing seats for the regular season. A seating request will then be lodged to further improve your seats when all unrenewed seats are released. You will then be required to purchase a separate ticket to the British and Irish Lions match when they are available through Ticketek.
8 Game Memberships
Seating requests must be submitted at the time of renewal
All seats not renewed by 26th of October will be released for re-sale
Seating changes and upgrades will commence 29th of October
All members that submitted a request will be called and advised before any changes are finalised
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SEATING REQUEST CANNOT BE FULFILLED?
If a seating request cannot be fulfilled the member will have the option to:
Keep their existing seat OR
Downgrade to a supporter membership
(Cancellations and refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances)
ARE MEMBERSHIPS TRANSFERRRABLE?
If a member is unable to attend a game they can lend their membership card to a trusted friend or family member.
AS A TRYFECTA MEMBER WHICH GAMES CAN I ATTEND?
A Tryfecta member must chose which 3 games they wish to attend at the time of purchase
The member will then be issued with the 3 tickets along with their supporters pack in December.
IS PARKING INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?
Parking is only included in the Foundation membership
All parking on game day is managed by Canberra stadium
No pre-paid parking is available
IF I LOSE MY CARD CAN I GET IT REPLACED?
Lost or stolen cards incur a $20 replacement fee
Members must contact the membership department 7 days prior to a home game for a new card
A paper ticket will be issued to members that give less than 7 days notice
Paper tickets must be collected at the game from Canberra Stadium’s Western Corporate Entrance
NB In the event that the Brumbies make a home final- Only members with membership cards can purchase tickets.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE A RECIEPT OF PAYMENT?
Members will be emailed their receipt at the time of purchase

AM I ABLE TO PAY FOR MY MEMERBSHIP IN INSTALLMENTS?
We have introduced a new and exciting payment plan
Members have the option to pay for their membership in 12 monthly instalments
Members that chose this option will also receive a $10 merchandise voucher.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY SEAT FOR THE BRITISH AND IRISH LIONS MATCH?
Secure your seat for the British and Irish Lions match by purchasing a 9 Game Lions Pack before 14th September.
