Registration Form

Congratulations!  You have taken the first steps in becoming a referee.  You will now need to register with Brumbies Rugby and the ACT Rugby Referee Association (ACTRRA)- this will also register you with the Australian Rugby Union for Insurance purposes.

Please click on the forms below- the ACTRRA Membership Form and the ARU Insurance Registration Form.  Both forms will be required for full registration.

ACTRRA Send off Report Form

If you have to use the red card at any stage in any ACT competition,  you must fill out a Send off Report. The completed form must be lodged with the appropriate person (as listed below) by 11.00am on the first working day after the player has been sent off. Please fill out the Send Off Report form which is located here:

Referees for all junior matches (U7 to U18) are to complete this form:

Details will go to Peter Griffiths, Head of Judiciary ACTJRU (email peter@griffithsconsultants.com.au) and must be completed within next working day (email by Sunday is welcomed). In addition to lodging the report with one of the above, a copy will go to Mark Snow, Referee Development Officer (m.snow@brumbies.com.au) and Caitlin Ryan, Rugby Services Administrator (c.ryan@brumbies.com.au).

If you are abused by any person (coach, player, referee or spectator), please fill out this form as soon as possible:

It will go to Mark Snow (m.snow@brumbies.com.au), Simon Carroll (simon.carroll@cea.com.au) and Caitlin Ryan (c.ryan@brumbies.com.au).  No matter how big or small the abuse, it is important that we know!
